Pepper Dulse, also known as Truffle of the Sea, is a rare seaweed bursting with umami flavor.

We hand harvest our Pepper Dulse from the shores of Jersey when nature permits and take great care to ensure that this little seaweed is sustainably managed.

Pepper Dulse is a mineral rich seaweed which contains calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and iodine.

When infused with Jersey Sea Salt it creates an incredible fresh taste of the ocean whilst providing you with one of the most mineral rich sea salt infusions on the planet. This infusion works with many savory dishes, seasoning for meat and is a perfect accompaniment with any seafood dish.

Jersey Sea Salt is Rich in Trace Minerals.

High-quality, unrefined sea salts typically contain a minimum of 60 trace minerals. The minerals it contains include Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc and Iodine, which are all beneficial for a healthy diet.

Due to the mineral rich waters of Jersey and the process in creating Jersey Sea Salt, the results are an unrefined, organic sea salt rich in beneficial minerals.
