This infusion has such a divine aroma, Jersey sea salt with crushed Fairtrade Organic Black Peppercorns delivers a taste sensation as well as being mineral rich and packed with flavor. Try it as a rub for fish, meat and poultry or just simply over a salad, in fact it goes with absolutely anything.

High-quality, unrefined sea salts typically contain a minimum of 60 trace minerals. The minerals it contains include Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc and Iodine, which are all beneficial for a healthy diet.
